You know that "Facebook-style" chat that a certain other site had running?
Well, I just installed it over here.
This is a more advanced version, so it supposedly has chat rooms and games and other shit, but I haven't checked those out yet.
If you scroll to the bottom of your screen, you'll find the CometChat "bar", including a Who's Online list.
Feel free to try out the features and let me know how you like them.

We had it on DD, and I thought it was cool, and this is a much newer and more advanced version.
Also, people like the interface because it reminds them of the Facebook chat feature.
The only problem is potentially bogging down the server, but I've been monitoring that and there's been no issues.
Every time I try to use it I it freezes the entire site and I have to wait a minute for things to get going again, and I have yet to be able to send a chat... may be on my end but I doubt it, DD chat works fine for meWhat is wrong with Cometchat?
