We already have a colony there, the sky is clear blue and there are 2 distinct indígenas cuvilizations there..

We use teleport technology as well as spacecraft that travel there in a matter of hours..

I guess asking for more than 1 coherent post a month is asking for too much.

'How the Universe Works' had a good show on Mars and talked about the likelyhood of water beneath the surface. They just didn't know how far they'd have to dig. They were also quite sure that Mars had an oxygen rich atmosphere a very long time ago, so there is a probable chance for some form of life, if only microbial, to be buried in those rocks. I think the thing that people don't take into account is that Mars used to be in the place in orbit around the Sun that Earth is now.

In other news, N.A.S.A. has announced a "substanial" financial partnership with Kraft Foods Inc.

In an unrelated press release Kraft Foods has announced the return of America's most popular breakfast beverage Tang.

In an unrelated press release China's fledging space program, on behalf of one of it's wealthy private investors Mr. Du. O. Tang, has filed an unspecified cease and desist lawsuit against N.A.S.A.

the announcement is that they found evidence that there was once water on mars. maybe.

    bonus points:

people still dont care any more than they did the last time they announced they found evidence there was once water on mars. maybe.
