Yes, it's worth it. The first two seasons are good. Both seasons follow two detectives on a single case, with twists and turns. The idea is fantastic, the execution is a solid 7.

This one really makes me wish it was safe to go to Beirut. Interesting when you hear him talk to the people and they explain how Hezbollah(who we regard as terrorists) are the only people keeping ISIS from taking over Beirut. War really does make for strange bed fellows I suppose.

The Syfy show The Expanse is coming to Netflix in a few weeks to build hype for season 2. It's a pretty good show, fairly realistic sci-fi with a good dose of horror. It's based on a very solid series of books.
The setting is really the best part. It addresses a cool, and very possible, situation in 2-300 years when humans have colonized Mars and the asteroid belt. That would create 3 very separate groups with 3 divergent cultures. If your grandparents were born on Mars, you wouldn't feel much kinship with people on Earth just because they are fellow humans.
