Super slow pony moon landing, but I finally got around to Marco Polo, and I binged both seasons and thought it was good. Donno why the reviews were so bad. Probably not enough black and trans characters so it wasn’t woke enough for critics.
Also watching The Last Kingdom with the wife. It is a BBC English period piece which is pretty solid IMO.
Starting watching Rake. an Aussie lawyer TV dramedy with 5 seasons to binge on. Main character would be right as home as a PFA member given his gambling degeneracy, highly questionable ethics, excessive alcohol consumption, and many failed personal relationships. But he's a lovable rake and enjoyable to watch scramble out of mostly self-inflicted pickles.
P.S. Correction: Also regular illegal drug use.

I know that this is a Netflix thread, but I think that many people will find "Escape at Dannemora" on Showtime interesting. The first two episodes are available. This is a fictionalized version of the two man prison escape in New York. Benicio del Toro as escapee Richard Matt is terrific and Patricia Arquette is good as the ditzy sex starved prison worker who helps them..
