not great overall, but there are times that it made me laugh my ass off

I'll admit to having a Galifinakos weakness. This movie looks to be a schlocky money maker that you might walk out on but it's Netflix so don't.
There are numerous lols, jokes/bits interspersed throughout, reminding you it's a parody when you think it's just bad. Sound good?
I
Agree with the Bloodline shouts. Think I made it to episode 4 of the latest series and it sucked the life out of me. Not a single likable character left in that shitshow.
British series recommendation for you is 'Catastrophe'... Your woman will love it too.
Few American actors in it including Carie Fisher. Think it was the final TV work she did.
HIT SERIES
Broadchurch was excellent imo, first two seasons on netflix, season 3 coming soon. (Although you dont have to wait if you look elsewhere.)
Also, not netflix but The Defiant Ones on hbo was very welll done. 4part doc on Dr Dre and his leprechaun Jimmy Iovine.
Thumbs up for both.
I'm enjoying "Ozark" quite a bit. Money laundering and drug cartel violence are almost always interesting.
"3 Girls" is a series that will eventually turn up on a subscription site. It's about three very young British girls who are turned out by Pakistani immigrants in the UK. It's, at best, OK and a bit too preachy and self-righteous. I was hoping for better. Apparently, it was based on a true story. Some may like it more given the topic.
Season 2 of Last Chance U. just dropped....I always wondered what happened to D1 fuck ups when they get the boot and go the JUCO route...now we know.

watching it right now. The second season did drop. I'm not sure there is going to be really any one player from this season that I'm going to really say to myself in October, "I wonder how 'player x' is doing at 'y school' now? " . The guys from the first season like Wyatt Roberts, or Ronald Ollie were guys that last fall I would google once in a while to see how thing for them progressed. Second season , I don't see myself doing the same for these guys .
I dont think its on netflix atm, but look out for Kingdom. MMA based drama, 4 eps in and i highly recommend.
Jonathan Tucker, scene stealer extraordinaire, gets plenty of time to impress with his pseudo-Mayhem performance.
Really very good.
(Joe Daddy and the Crippler in supporting roles.)
