I think there's a difference between horror movies we watched as kids that just go for shock value and a well crafted movie that just happens to be scary. To me, mvoies like Psycho, The Exorcist and I'd throw The Babadook in there are damn good movies.
I don't know that it's on Netflix but 'The Witch' is another movie any fans of unnerving, well done films should watch.
already seen The Babadook, it was ok
Altered Carbon was decent. Cyberpunky detectivy thingie with reasonable amounts of tits and violence.
Just finished Altered Carbon. Pretty good for what it is. Obviously the plot line/technology doesn't hold up to too much scrutiny, but if you can suspend disbelief enough it is fine and entertaining. They also go a little too far with the female empowerment thing. Multiple women under 100 pounds beating up grown men in hand to hand combat. But whatever, sign of the times I guess.
The hispanic chick had a nice body. Wouldn't have minded seeing it a little more, and the super skinny white/Asian girls a little less. Just too skinny for my tastes, but still better than showing a bunch of ugly fat chicks nude, so won't complain too much.
just tried Cloverfield Paradox, I lasted 20 minutes...
watched Shotcaller last night , think its fee on amazon, it looked terrible, but turned out to be great if you like prison gang movies, and who doesn't?

Two eps into seven seconds. Reviews called it a poor mans wire so fuck it im in. So far not very wirey, looks more like training day. Not bad, will finish.

Ship it crucial
FIVE CAME BACK, a five part documentary about film directors shooting films during World War Two combat, is good. Spielberg and Coppola are involved. Meryl Streep narrates.
Black Mirror is the best series on Netflix and it is not close
Not on netflix, but first few episodes of Trust were ok.
Kidnapping thingie from the 70s Italy. Danny Boyle had something to do with. Donald Sutherland is in it and apparently George of the Jungle is getting paid work again.
Arrested Development Coming back end of May. (They also did some weird re-edit of season 4 and now it's longer)
Also I watched Lost in Space. It was not good, but I finished the season on planes and in airports. Cool story but plot holes are just too distracting.
