You don't need to work at a bank to explain what is going on here:

Carbon has proven that bank transfers technically take 2-5 business days for the cancelled Skrill withdrawals.

Therefore, the only explanation why Carbon bank wires take usually 42 days in average is that they give the order to their bank around 39 days after they received a withdrawal request.

Would they wait 39 days after the receipt of a withdrawal request to give the transfer order, while having the player funds on bank accounts and knowing that habitual delayed withdrawals will lead to traffic and revenue decrease, if not to a "bank run"?

No. This makes absolutely no sense!

The only logic reason to wait in average 39 days to give the transfer order is not having the amount of the current withdrawal requests on hand and wait for more deposits.

Have to say this does make sense. If it's a simple matter of them having a problem with their processors why don't they just use the same processor that Bovada uses to issue payments since they don't seem to have a problem it can't be such a big super secret processor that nobody knows about can it? It goes way beyond it just being a US issue if ROW players are also experiencing delays in payments and makes it sound like more of a liquidity issue

Sportsbook.com has stolen millions from players throughout their history. They stiffed me for $150K in 2007. Don't pretend this is an honest company.
    rickysteve I assume?

Based on what would they(?) owe you anything?

A valid legally binding agreement don't exist, as your contract partner is not stated in the terms and conditions and this is a essentially part of a contract to be valid.

This is the correct and required behavior to evade the basis of criminal operators.

As there is no regulation, we the poker community as a consumer have to regulate the online poker market this way.

Good to hear! Now they just have to open it up to more people then eventually everyone.

Some sites require you to make a small deposit via Bitcoin before you can withdrawl way which is fine too.

Ya I would love to see them open it up to everyone. Like I said before I heard this could be "beta" period and I did already hit a bug as I tried to request another and got an error so will see what happens

Some signs of life in the 2+2 cash out thread today. Looks like a bunch of delayed checks processed along with several bank wires lately. Good sign. I still sure the obvious disclaimer of only maintain a deposit high enough for reasonable variance. Good luck.

A small percentage of the pending withdrawals(which are only a small percentage of the total account balances) processed this week, confirms the ponzi scheme! If Carbon was a legit company, all withdrawals would have been processed long time ago. Understood?

Not going to create a new thread for something that never launched except to the 0.5% of people but apparently the bitcoin withdraw is already gone from Merge to those who had it.

I just can't with this network. Either they are incompetent in the implementation process or they just see this would be a bad option to roll out to everyone because it means they have to pay people within a reasonable time frame.

The implementation process is simple and could be done by bitpay.com

"Offer your customers the world’s fastest and safest payment option. We'll handle the bitcoin."

Even without a third party processor, Bitcoin withdrawals are easy to handle.

They should have known in advance that there are no excuses for delayed Bitcoin withdrawals and that it is a bad option if you have player funds not on hand.

I think this was simply a distraction for the loss of their Skrill account and a misleading operation to give false hope.
