Like I said, at the time I hadn't checked all my news feeds yet so I haven't seen the picture of the gunman that you mentioned yet. My comment was based totally on the video you posted, which shows absolutely nothing of substance.

The tweets were mostly old pictures of him. One was of a newspaper article about a reporter suing a station. I guess that was him? He had a selfie of himself at some medical center, and in subsequent photos he looked pale and sickly. In one tweet he says that Alison made racist comments.
The video was weird. He walks up to them and points his gun at the reporter. It looks like a first person shooter. Then he hesitates and puts the gun away. Nobody around him notices any of this. He sort of looks to the side, then points the gun at her again and starts shooting. You see her hit the ground screaming, then he fumbles the phone and the video ends.
