Todd may want to place a text link for Amazon above or below the banner. But I am not sure if ad blocking software will block text ads.

I never understood that line of reasoning; who actually clicks on ads? And who actually gets paid for non-clickthrough impressions?
"Birds born in a cage think flying is an illness." - Alejandro Jodorowsky
"America is not so much a nightmare as a non-dream. The American non-dream is precisely a move to wipe the dream out of existence. The dream is a spontaneous happening and therefore dangerous to a control system set up by the non-dreamers." -- William S. Burroughs
This is a good idea.
If I ever do buy anything from Amazon again, I'll try to remember to use the link here. It would be easier if there was some type of link and I didn't have to remember to turn off ad blocker. Haven't used Amazon since they bought CD Now. Damn, buying CD's was a gigantic waste of money.
You can't really block inline ads on the google search page and plenty, i mean plenty of people click on the top 2 ads and even the sidebar ads when they are looking for products, stores or services. Moreso on the organic results, but attorneys are paying upwards of $60 a click for 'drunk driving'. That's not a conversion, that's just a click.
I'll just leave this here: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articl...ncing-alphabet
