That smoothie sounds legit.
Rhubarb seemed gross as a little kid. That smell combined with not imagining eating something that came from a plant lime that. But seriously rhubarb pie is probably my second favorite pie to pecan at this point. I honestly didn't think many non rural type people ate it or had even heard of it.
I don't think I've ever had kale though.
Are you talking about fresh rhibarb, or that shit they sell in the cans? Because we had a rhubarb patch in our backyard, and after being cooled in the frig overnight after being picked at peak, those stalks were delish. Super tangy and crunchy! Only problem was that our mom limited how much we could have because she wanted most of it for pies.
