Bellagio robbed again, but this time it was unsuccessful

Anyway, two guys came into Bellagio, headed for high stakes blackjack, and sprayed the dealer (and one of the players) with pepper spray. One of the dudes grabbed $115,000 in 5k chips, but a pit boss jumped on him and wrestled with him until security arrived. The other robber fled with no money.

Apparently this was a 3-man scheme. The guy who was caught is named Michael Quinn Belton, and is 24. He is from California. He supposedly met the other two men through a Craigslist ad, where the ringleader (named Carlos Rodriguez) hired both accomplices. The other accomplice was also named Carlos, and was the other guy with the pepper spray. Carlos Rodriguez apparently wasn't on the property during the robbery. He hasn't been arrested yet.

Not to threadjack, but wasn't it the LVRJ who were known for suing people over this type of stuff? They were the ones who sold the rights of their stuff to Righthaven for the purposes of suing people, but that company has since been given a perma-nap because it was, you know, an illegal company with no real rights to anything.
