not the best ep, not the worst. they seem to be playing a bit fast/loose with time lines a la game of thrones but im not really mad.
its strange to realize we have about 22 eps left, the series is well beyond the half way point. and thats assuming they feel comfortable spreading the plot out for 2 more whole seasons, they could easily pull a Leftovers and say 'we can stick the landing in 12 more eps, lets go out on our shields and not water this down.'

honestly this was a really great season, no real complaints, but i didnt need to see that fuckin guy in the after-credits scene. hes not moving the plot in an interesting direction.

season 4 airs in about 11-12 months and will be the final season. 12 eps left basically.
curiously i dont see slaters name in the list of returning actors but im sure it could be an oversite.
