Krypt promised on several occasions to ship me nudes and never followed through. I was so depressed it was hard for me to summon the strength to post on this website anymore

If Krypt attempting to scam (and subsequently getting cold feet about it) resulted in the return of PLOL, it's a net win for our community.

    Well played, Elliot.

I can't believe he'd fall for that. I can only imagine how terrified he is that his well respected family is contacted. That's the dif between him and 6toed. Krypt can lose out on a big trust fund. There are some advantages to being born poor...
He knew I had his real name. I had it awhile ago, from a transaction where I sent him prize money. At the time he was even slightly concerned that his name would get out, and I told him that I know a lot of PFA members' names, and always keep them private unless the person scams or causes real-life harm to me or others on this site.

This is why I was so shocked when I got the notification of his chargeback. I thought, "He has to realize what is going to happen if he does this!", and he definitely wasn't someone who was cavalier about his privacy.

Momentary lapse in judgement. I firmly believe in the REPUBLICAN principle of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. I made a bet and I have to take it like a MAN. I do however admit that I was tilted and explored the option of a chargeback, but then IMMEDIATELY cancelled it (even before druff made the OP). I've learned my lesson... I am not a scammer and have a moral compass.

    Druff also had LEVERAGE

Even thinking about charging back escrowed money is a seriously low low life choice.

You did the right thing in the end. Hopefully this is a lesson learned when faced with a similar situation in the future.
