While I find the birther movement laughable as well, you are incorrect. To be eligible to be president if you were born abroad BOTH parents must be US Citizens. Obama's father was not a citizen thus if Obama was born in Kenya, he would not be eligible to be President. He would still be a US Citizen, however.
