    THE NEW MOVIE "DOPE" PLOT CIRCLES AROUND BITCOIN

    Read about this yesterday, I guess the kid in the movie gets into some trouble and resorts to dealing drugs for Bitcoin. They have a part in the movie explaining Silk Road and they are even selling tickets to the actual movie for Bitcoin on their website. Pretty interesting to watch Bitcoin enter mainstream media and see where they take this.     I doubt this has anything in common but the price of Bitcoin went up about $12 in the last 24 hours

    I was looking forward to Krypt going all S1W militant and making a post declaring that Chuck D is the truth and all us niggas need to understand...to an audience almost wholly comprised of members who were his age when the shit dropped originally.

    Oh well. I guess I'm going to have to roll up to an assisted living facility, swagger in with a handful of Sinatra and Dean Martin on vinyl, and yell "all you old niggas got a get a load of this. How did you miss this shit?"

    The movie follows a self-described geek named Malcolm (played by newcomer Shameik Moore) who likes ’90s hip-hop culture and modern-day technology in equal measure.
