Poker dealers getting the shaft at Planet Hollywood?

I am hearing UNCONFIRMED rumors about two things supposedly happening at the Planet Hollywood tournaments:

1) $200k guaranteed changed from $349+$51 to $380+$20 buyin. Supposedly this BOTH lowers the rake (good) and removes the 3% auto-tip for the dealers (bad, at least for the dealers). This is especially bad for dealers because most people are used to the 3% auto-tip at PH, so many probably won't tip. It is not confirmed that the auto-tip no longer exists, but many are theorizing that's true, as they can't imagine Planet Hollywood only making $8 per player on this event.

2) The "Poker Princess", a media person for the PH "Phamous" series, is supposedly being tipped $500 per week out of the dealer toke pool. Here is the Poker Princess:

These reports were sent to me by angry dealers. They could be true, they could be half-true, and they could be BS, so please take these with a grain of salt until we get some more confirmation.

Anyone know about these items?

Update:

I have been told that the dealers are getting $10 out of the $20 rake, which would mean they're getting a 2.5% auto-tip instead of 3% (which is reduced, but not terrible).

So that's not so bad if true.

No word on the Poker Princess.
