Quit over 3 years ago - March 1, 2012 because of vaping. Never smoked another cigarette since. (Toked a few hits here and there, though.)
Feel 1,000% better in many respects. Saved probably $4,000 on smokes over the past 3 years, too, even after buying all equipment & juice.
1100 mah batteries (pick your color). I swap between three batteries. Charge one for 2-3 hrs., vape for 8 hrs. KGO and Riva brands are popular, but there are a lot of standard 1100 mah batteries out there. Last all day.
I use rebuildable cartomizer pieces "Vision V3" which screws onto the battery. Pieces include: Base, 1.7 ohm single-coil wick (buy in 5-packs), mouthpiece (any color), and fluid tubes (I recommend clear to see the fluid easier).
I buy the cartomizer in pieces so that if something gunks up or needs cleaning you can quickly take it apart, get to the root of the problem, and put it together again w/o buying anything new.

Use 18mg nic fluid to start if you smoked light cigs, 24 mg for regular cigs like Marlboro Reds, etc.
It's not even the situation, I don't smoke ether. Again I don't know why it fucking tilts me so much.
Actually maybe I do, it's become somewhat of an issue at live games lately. Mother fuckers want to set down and pull out this dildo looking contraption and are always like "These are OK right"? Fuck no they're not OK, then they 100% always act all offended.
I don't have anything against smokers at all. I know what they went through for 20 yrs. myself and how hard it is to quit. If they ask me for advice/setup, I give it. If not, it's cool.
With vaping I can be in the middle of a super haze of smoke in a casino and it doesn't bother or tempt me a bit.
What are the laws re: indoor smoking/vaping where you are?
I don't think it's allowed other than bars and casinos but I can't be 100% certain. However I've never been in a smoking tolerant poker room inside of a Casino.
I fully admit this is not an issue that should cause me much concern but for some reason it just super tilts me.
I made the switch 16 months ago, though I did smoke a few packs over the course of the Summer last WSOP. Prior to that I smoked a pack a day since I was 15.
My setup is nothing fancy. I've got a basic eGo battery and a Kanger II tank.
This is pretty similar to how I used to feel about weed culture. A lot of my friends were obsessed with paraphernalia, songs/movies about pot, it's all they ever talked about.
Then you realize that most people who smoke weed don't form their entire identity around it. They're just normal people, and the fanboys are like 5% of that crowd. Same deal with vaping. Most people are just doing it as an alternative to cigarettes.
I think you hit the nail on the head right there. It's not so much the act of using it, it's those fuckers that make a lifestyle out of it. I mean I've never had to see a facebook update about this new pack of camels some mother fucker bought.

I save a fuck ton of money by vaping pot now.
I bought a Rempen slim and just rotate out one of three cartridges: sour og, tangerine sunrise and bubba kush.
Gets me the right level of 'high' too: I get anxious when I get super ripped, so the mellow, steady high of a vape pen is great.

was smoking black and milds (lol) daily switched to vaping last summer no issues. I had a mini-ion adjustable flow tank that was sweet, lost it on the golf course a month ago now I got the same thing srsly has. Its not bad, but the coil always gets loose on me so I have to constantly unscrew it and tighten the coil which semi-tilts me. What you guys use for juice flavors??? I find them very hit or miss. currently Im alternating between Dr Pepper (not bad actually) and cinnamon roll (not the best).
