Yeah they're batting .500 for pretty much every season. It's not all gold, and I hate the plot lines that just make me feel uncomfortable. Tabs v Spaces is perhaps a new low, but I could envision myself at the Alcatraz party.

TJ Miller is leaving the show after this season.

Honestly I'm kinda shocked but I also get it... HBO is fucking retarded when it comes to paying its actors, the show is dancing on the cliff-edge of sucking now, and TJ is the only actor on it whose been able to parlay his work into an actual career.

Whats fucking cray is that the show is signed for a season 6, which will somehow happen without literally the only funny character on it.

Short of whats her face having explicit sex scenes with her autistic boss, I think Im done.

Addendum; he's leaving before season 5, not season 6.

Billions. But the last like 10 minutes of Billions this season made it a very close race indeed.

SV is funny on occasion but mostly for me its just humorously familiar. A lot of the dot com dynamics they riff on, I've lived through first hand, so it can be cathartic to laugh.

SV also has TJ Miller who is consistently great but hes bailing at the end of this season, probably for the same reason the shows audience is starting to grouse louder and louder about how every fucking plot twist on the show is a variation of the exact same themes, and how the pithy one liners are getting less and less pithy, and how they are just running out of material in general.

I fast forwarded through some of the last episode. It was necessary. I dont do that when I watch shows for grownups that deserve respect.

It's basically Entourage crossed with Big Bang Theory. Maybe not that bad, but goddamn do I feel like it's running a similar course.

    I still enjoy it though.
