Grandstands at Hollywood Park racetrack imploded, is NFL stadium on this site next?

I went to Hollywood Park today for a little bit after work. It actually looks the same from the main parking lot as it did before, as there is another structure behind the grandstands that is still standing. I wouldn't have even known they did that if I didn't see it on the news.

Also, from what I understand the guy who bought the land around HP owns the Rams and it seems like people in the know think this is a humongous leverage play by him to get St Louis to build a new stadium with public money.
