3rd party sellers on amazon, sears, walmart,..etc, etc

how do these companies allow this? there are so many fraudulent companies being set up to run on legit sites it makes me sick.

does amazon, walmart and sears really want these people doing this shit to tarnish their brand/name? they must earn a crap load to allow it and look the other way. frikken shameful.

look at this seller that operates through sears.

they have 7 reviews..all bad and no positive ones. their scams run the gamut of things..from shipping to prolly sending out broken stuff to god knows what else. shipping and restocking it how they must make their money. but one of them is once you buy you cannot cancel. they do this because they charge high shipping costs coupled w/ a high restocking fee.

i had to even google to find their sears account because you can;t get there through their own link

    here is one review

I ordered a Wishing-well, next day I check the order and it shows a bird feeder. (I am a website designer so trust me when I say the website was messed up) I contacted "ProSales" and they said it must be my computer? Hahaha!

They were very rude and would not work with me at all. Would not cancel order. Here?s the kicker, 10 days later they printed out a shipping label and canceled the order the same day. Never shipped it and charged me a returning shipping fee and 20% restocking fee.

I paid for shipping to my house and return shipping and never even seen the product, it was never shipped. After taxes and shipping I paid $75.28 and they refunded me $42.23 the product cost only $51.19 They ripped me off for $33.06 "DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTIST".. Read their policies. lol

here is their website. i think they sell exclusive to sears and have crazy amounts of items and seem to sell nothing

look at their fine print disclaimers..again. i couldn't even get to this site from sears
