im just saying, this site appears to move the goal posts for 'scammer' in ways that make me really uncomfortable.

All I can say is that he lied about posting money for a match, then lied about why, then played the match under false pretenses. One would almost say, fraudulent pretenses, which, related to a game of poker. So he committed a poker fraud, on site called poker FUCKING fraud alert.

He lied, many people do, but he lied about money/bet on your site that is called "poker fraud alert". Not labeling him in one way or another takes away from the spirit of what this site is for and makes you look like a hypocrite Todd.

While I appreciate your point and it makes loads of sense... you in your own right should be labeled a scammer too. He let's you post, not saying he shouldn't because you do bring good content to the site etc, BUT he should make it abundantly clear to people that you are a scammer and should not be bet with. Todd tends to pick and choose what is right and wrong, however for a site named poker fraud alert, there sure as fuck seems to be ALOT of fraud that takes place. I myself am no saint, and when I was much younger did shit I wish I handled differently, however... in the last decade (keep in mind I'm in my late 20s) I have only scammed one person and that was heeb AFTER he stole $100 from todd and I said "I will give you $100 if you write on a sign and take a picture that you scammed todd". Legit the only thing anyone can point to in the last 10yrs I did "wrong". Garrett has scammed/lied whatever before, and continues to do so. There have been MULTIPLE examples given of his wtong doings... I guess it's okay to do that as long as Todd thinks you're retarded enough not to understand wrong from right Or than & then. Either way again I'm not saying you ahould ban him anymore, I don't want blood on my hands, however he needs a badge of shame or whatever like the old school days.
