i guess you can interpret that different ways, but if you take her literally, she's saying the world will end in 12 years.
i think it's fair to say there are similarities in both her and trump's approach/popularity. she's not "polished" like a typical politician and doesn't try to make sure everything she says makes sense 100% of the time. didn't she say something like there's a trillion dollars of unaccounted-for money at the pentagon that could be used for universal health care, something the washington post gave her 4 pinocchios for?
we all know i despise trump so it may seem like i'm criticizing AOC for comparing her to him, but i'm really not trying to.
it seems like she's of the school of thought that it's more important to be passionate and reasonate with the voters than to make sure you stay on script and remain "presidential." and she's probably right. this is the core of my comparison between them
also please don't say that i think they're comparable morally. i think trump is morally bankrupt and a complete clown. i don't think AOC knows what she's talking about a lot the time, but she seems like a good person and ethical.
