I saw this on American Greed like a week ago. The guy who won it turned out to be employed at the lottery. He bought 2 tickets hacked into random number generator. He tried to have his attorneys cash out the prize on the last day and remain anonymous but it turned out had to provide his real info. On further digging it turned out he had family and friends cash out for him on like other lottos that he rigged. They caught him on camera buying the 2 tickets on a camera that had audio as well as visual capabilities.
this was a different guy only did 13 million when he got caught could have sworn said 60 mill plus. Pretty lols anyways said he thought it was just a loophole and didn't think he was doing anything wrong.
