You need to get your heart rate checked, you can easily do this yourself. You won't know if you have a high heart rate unless you get it checked.

Thankfully, after checking yesterday mine is basically perfect, 64. You might not be so lucky and need to go on medication.

If you are consistently in the 80s or 90s for a heart rate you are will likely die an early death without medication. Go to a Walgreens and get your stuff checked.

Athlete 49-55
Excellent 56-61
Good 62-65
Above Average 66-69
Average 70-73
Below Average 74-81
Poor 82+

Not true. The measurements are basically the same for 25-70 years old. Unless you are a World Class athlete, then you have a personal doctor.

If you are not in the 60-80 BPM range you have a fucking problem.
