More consolidation on the strip, which isn't good for customers, and especially not good for advantage players.

It's taken me a while to figure out why these hotel/casinos are selling their biggest asset just to manage hotel/casino instead of owning it.
MGM resorts is spending $10 Billion to build a hotel/casino in Japan.
Caesars Entertainment is doing the exact same thing.
