Fixed small bug in rep

Sometimes a [plain] tag appeared in the reputation messages. That's because it auto-inserts such a tag to prevent people from posting pics or anything else that shouldn't be in rep.

However, a small bug sometimes had the plain tag appear in long rep messages. I have fixed it going forward, but the ones already containing that tag will still have it (too hard to go back and retroactively fix the ones where it already occurred).

If you see it happen in NEW rep messages, please let me know.
