WSOP.com Payment Processor won't cash out account balance because bad credit ?

So long story short, friend sent WSOP.com nevada a ACH deposit, played for a while without ever withdrawing, tries to withdraw and they options are either: ACH or Cash at Cage.

Friend choose ACH put its request for withdrawal. Couple days later is messaged that she needs to contact wsop payment processor called 'Global payments' / website is: " joinvippreffered. com" Friend contacts and is told they can't approve her account because student loan debt credit issue.

Seems kinda crazy they will take ACH but wont pay out ACH.

Is this standard? Never heard of this or had an issue...but I also don't have credit isssues.



Anyone ever hear something like that for WSOP.com or any other regulated online gambling/sport betting apps?
