Restaurant resort fee being charged in Vegas!

According to some local youtube vloggers, a bunch of people have gotten a 4% added to their bill in a few restaurants at the Paris Casino named "RRF". This is a new coronvirus fee that they're putting on the bill without explaining to the patrons what it is, or what it is for. I don't have many sources in Vegas right now and probably won't be going for another year, so any poster who knows more about this please comment. I can see restaurants trying to pull this fee on the East Coast casinos as well.

Yes, I just saw an IG post about a 3$ restaurant resort fee at Paris LV cafe. It didn’t take long for fees to start making a comeback
