Do you need to run HP Solution Center or another program which uses flash?
Is there no upgraded, non-flash version you can use?
There's a trick to still run this stuff.
Change your computer's date to January 1, 2021, and you will be able to run flash. This tricks flash into still running, as it will believe it hasn't been end-of-lifed yet.
