Story's pretty simple. Pokernews use songs in their podcasts that they never bother to get rights for, allegedly. They were warned roughly 3 years ago to stop, and they didn't. Allegedly. The infringement seems to start around the mid to late 2000's, with hundreds of uses cited in the complaint.
