So I was confused by the title of the thread,
I thought you were saying Ben Affleck took a great story, and made it better. (like you had already seen it.)
The reason I'm writing this, is after I saw "the Town" i got the book, (Prince of Thieves) thinking like most books/movies the book would be much better and it wasn't. He took a really good book, and made it into an even better movie,
But you haven't seen it, and this does sound like a great story.
Hope he can do the same here,
