Time stamps for radio shows hard to read

Trying to get caught up on past 5-6 shows. I know time stamps have been added for some time and i'm happy with that addition. However to me it seems they are posted in the reverse order that they should be.

I think it's a much easier visual to have a format of listing timestamp followed by the topic that starts at that time, instead of saying a topic that can sometimes be 2 full sentences to describe then having a time code for it at the end of the long sentence. Maybe i'm in minority but I find it more difficult to follow the way it currently is.
