Yeah, everything does seem pretty status quo over at wsop.com. It almost seems as if they're complacent for now muddling along as a failsite, hoping to maybe make money in the future if bigger states join online poker legalization.
They've made no effort (to my knowledge) to get into PA, which makes me think that it's not exciting to them unless some really big players like California enter the market. They do have a casino in PA, so I would think licensing wouldn't have been an issue.
