Figured I'd create a rail thread since both Brandon Druff will be playing in event #25, $2500 mixed hold'em event. It starts at 5pm pst/ 8pm EST. Quite a few members have pieces have of Druff (see below):

I don't believe Brandon played this one.
Hit a high of 38k after making that straight and winning another small pot. Then I ran JJ into KQ on a K high board to lose 6k, and then lost a ton of small pots for the next (and final) hour to finish with a short-stacked 16300.
Structure sucked on this one. It was MUCH better on the 5k Limit. In 8 hours of play, 393 people got reduced to 87 (or perhaps even fewer).
Will need some luck to cash in this one, but at least I'm still in it.

Congrats on making Day 2. WSOP.com lists you as 71 out of 87 players, so yes, at 16.3k you're on the short stacked side, but looking at your table draw (Bryan Devonshire, Alan Goehring), you've got a few players in the same short stacked situation as you: 15.9k, 17.1k, 7.8k and 14.2k. There will be opportunities to pick up chips, so long as you're able to get some hands!

Fortunately there are several other shortstacks at my table. 5 of the 9 people are shortstacked, and 7 of 9 are below-average-stacked.
I am 71/87 at the moment.
Once again at a table with low chip counts. That's unlucky, hopefully you bust a couple of them and your table breaks. GL
Ivey has an above average stack. How many hands did he get in? He was at the final table of the HORSEament for most of the day.
Actually, I believe it's a good thing for him in his position.
