Looks like I am safe for now. Oh and I do not use java (mostly because of security issues plus Lion does not ship with a runtime in the first place) Thanks though, it's something else I am sure. At any moment sudo lsof -i yields at least three listeners and I have no clue what programs they even are. I get "launchd" and a pid that resolves to nothing. Launchctl list shows nothing unusual, it's frustrating. I have a re-install looming so i'm not worried. I do want to find the bugger first though.
