Bug fix: Thumbnails now display in "user albums" (and everywhere else)

Thumbnails originally worked here, but they broke when I moved servers back in April.

Thanks to Crowe Diddly for pointing out this bug.

I fixed it tonight.

In case you wonder what a "user album" is, it's a very useful feature where you can store pictures on PFA.

Anyway, the thumbnails were not displaying for images uploaded after April 25th, but I have retroactively fixed that, and all thumbnails should show up now.
