Advice Needed: Banned from PokerStarsUK & Co. Due to Error

The tl,dr of the situation is I accidentally and unknowingly permanately excluded myself from Betfair a decade ago. I've played poker exclusevely on PS for 10+ yrs. I don't 'gamble' and I aspire to being a pro. Last month Betfair & PS merge. I'm now permanently excluded from all of PokerStars & partners for life and there's apparently nothing anybody can do.


Any advice on what to do, who to complain to, how screwed I am would be greatly appreciated but as far as I can see, a misclick when I was 22 will haunt me forever.

Forget about it. sorry guy. I didn't know stars merged though. Only possible way is to use a relatives account not that I am advising you to do that.

Since you don't gamble you shouldn't care about being excluded from a gambling site.

jdaewoo - Funny guy. By that I mean I don't bet sports/slots/table games etc.. purely poker.

FRANKRIZZO - Yea cheers man, I only found out this week thanks to this cock up, now they own most of the dam UK market. I wish I could forget and move on but I what's to stop them monopolising further over the next 10 years and screwing me for good? I've always tried to be as honest as possible and play by the book so using somebody else account or utilising any other unethical means is not something for me. Nice guys finish last I guess.

Update: So I decided to ring the UK Gambling Commission; they assure me that issue lies with Betfair and if you've requested a self-exclusion then you should be able to request a phone call to be evaluated for reinstating. So I did that, and Betfair still acting like it's an impossible situation to resolve.
