Next weigh in will be on March 7th, still sitting about -18 lbs lost

March 9th, next Friday morning I will weigh in again , that will be roughly 1/3 of a year leaving me 2/3 of a year left
Weighed in @ 352.8 so sitting at -25.2 lbs which is about 3.1 pounds behind pace of 28.3 lbs lost I would need to be exactly on target weight to win forum bets.
I could have easily lost 3 pounds in the sauna today just to be at pace but it's not that important because todays weigh in is just an update.
The final weigh in and staying around pace are the 2 most important things.
Obv will still book as much BTC bets as anyone wants. Next weigh in will be 5/7 but will update in between if I have gained or lost anything of significance

Need to lose 2.5 lbs per week for about the next 6 months to get to my goal of 100 pounds lost
Quick Summary of the First 6 months
11-6 to 12-8 I lost about 20 pounds here by eating 2300 calories per day. Had I continued with just calorie restricting myself I would have lost more weight early
12-8 to 3-1 My weight stayed about the same. I was in and out of the gym and was never on any sort of routine for longer than a week I don't think. Holidays held me back and I had some bad habits into the new year but I did not gain back any of the initial 15-20 pounds I lost.
3-1 to 3-8 I experimented with some fasts and got down to 352.8 but by April 1 I had been back to 360ish and then things changed at the start of April
4-1 to present. With the exception of one 7 day period where I flipped my sleep cycle from graveyard to 9-5 I have been in the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 5 weeks on structured programs.
I am doing a balanced diet with a max of 2100 calories daily ingested.
I started off with a "get back in shape routine" which was designed by a bodybuilder. I usually go to gym 2 days on followed by a recovery day followed by 2 days on then recovery day etc....
After a month of this I am on to a beginners body building program for the past week.
All of my workouts are followed by 30 minutes of brisk walks and all of my off days I make sure to get in a lot of walking and stretching to promote recovery
Have lost about 15 pounds over the past 5 weeks on this program

Need to lose 39 lbs in 13 weeks to sweep PFA bets , I think I will lose about 50 more total but still a long way to go. I have a nice 24 out 25 days being perfect going for me.
Now -50 pounds with about 3 months to go
