Hello PFA, Let me introduce a new member I sent here for some advice in regard's to resolving a dispute.
That is Kinder words than the "Warrior Princess" is going to use in regard to what happened to her.

To sum it up,i will let her tell Druff and all her story ,it is Fresh to...Earlyyyyy A.m hours....

I know W.P. to be a Legitimate Law abiding person that happened to get lucky...Ignition shame on you... So many of us Play on that site....

HAs anyone here had issues with them? Or is its a "Pass the tissue" situation?

Mary told me she emailed the financial guy, she has no access to ANY phone number of theirs...she also went on the “chat now”, texted with a financial official and they could not give her the name of the “brand” that they claim she “owes”. So what is the outcome of this story. Did she get her money? If not, she should try going to Latest Casino Bonuses to see if they can do anything for her.

No she did not..no Phone# to call..only Chat/email..no response from anyone.

Their phone # is 855-370-0600.

Have her call between 9am and 5pm EDT, and ask for supervisor.

I did as you suggested Druff. Called them and chatted online. One hand covers for the other. I got no where with them they said they can’t give me the name of the third party outfit that is influencing them to freeze my account. Yet, I want to know what is the issue so we can resolve it and move on? Can’t imagine a financial issue that goes on for a couple years? Thanks for your help and advice but it seems whoever is in charge of the financials isn’t interested in settling anything. Shame on them.

That's too bad. To me it sounds like they believe an affiliate cheated them, and either they suspect you're not involved (I know you're not) or they want you to put pressure on the affiliate to make it right.

Either way, it's shady. I'll call with you this week, as we discussed in text.

Years ago, when Warrior Princess signed up on a site, she used a CC that eventually she closed...
wound up she owed like 4-500 to them and years later, she hit a slot for 1500...
they seized it all....
finally she found out, paid the back due and they released her score...
Was not easy. but at least she got satisfaction...

See? This is why they should be more up front and honest with the customer about it. Once she understood, she paid up, and everything was restored.

You're correct, though. Online slots should always be avoided.
