Do you call off of work or break commitments with people? If no, and you get up feeling okay daily then I'd say it's fine.
A lot of people will be like OMG that is overkill but hey we only live so long and I'm the type willing to sacrifice a few later years in life I might be barely hanging on feeling like shit for better times while I'm younger.
Just asked my coworker, who is a plastic-bottle vodka aficionado, he goes through a 1.75 in about 4 days, so you're probably good because he hasn't had a check liver light come on yet.

Watched a few documentaries about alcoholics. Vodka seemed to be the drink of choice. These guys had the same things in common. Bottles of vodka and a puke bucket. If a puke bucket is part of your ensemble you probably have a problem. One guy died during the show taping, another died during rehab.
On a positive note they hardly ate anything at all & were very slim.
Guy across the street from me has at least 2 gilbeys vodka bottles in his cabinet every time I hang out at his house.
Admits he's a drunk and says he prefers weed but he'd get fired for a positive drug test....
A lot depends on your weight. A 200Lb male 1.75 a week is likely no issue. 110 Lb female is a huge difference, you could have an issue. You are best to switch to wine. You will get tired quicker and fall asleep. My advice is to buy more manageable amounts of vodka. For instance, pick up a half pint at a time, limit yourself. Some nights you are no doubt drinking a pint or more if you have a 1.75 bottle on hand. Given your weight, you could have an issue. Keep checking the whites of your eyes, if they start trending yellow, stop immediately. Liver damage is reversible, but if you go total yellow you are cooked and need a transplant.Quote:

Scale back, the equivalent of 40 drinks a week is too much.
Always thought vodka was more dangerous, not inherently but those I know who drink it always plow through drinks.
I learned in my mid 20's that moderate drinking is inordinately more enjoyable, during and after.
was wondering just how much 1.75 l/week was daily, so I did some math. Threw '1.75 l to oz' into google, got just over 59, so we're looking at 59 oz a week. Then I put '59/7' into google to get the daily amount, and it took me to Isaiah 59:7-8. Glanced at the entire chapter for context, and it said something about the spirit of the Lord, and something about always being on your lips. Best I can tell, Lord God Almighty is telling you that you are drinking a Godly amount, which can never be a bad thing.
I think you're good. Divinely so.
