Most of 2013's benefits are the same as 2012.

The differences are:

1) When you "renew Seven Stars", you get a second trip to any Caesar's property in the US with $500 food credit & $1200 airfare allowance. Right now all Seven Stars get one such trip, but you get two if you renew (reach 150k tier points) in 2013.

2) It's tougher to reach "Seven Stars levels 2-6". For example, level 6, which gives you a free WSOP Main Event seat, requires a staggering 3.5 million tier points. That means averaging almost 10k tier points per day for an entire year, which requires really being a huge whale.

There is also a page (#4) promising online poker within Nevada in 2013 on wsop.com. I think they're being a bit ambitious with that.

I also think that 2014 is a more likely date for Nevada-only online poker. But it's possible that enough people anticipated the move by the Nevada legislature, that they had their shit ready to go the day the Governor signed the law in February. It's within the realm of possibility that the Nevada Gaming Commission could certify some software by late 2013.
