I would take the money to the cashiers cage in the casino and ask for chips. I would then take the chips to the BJ table, play awhile then cash out.
If I got caught, I would hire Chesnoff & Schonfeld and explain that I took the money into the casino and told them I found the money outside. The cashier insisted it was a contest and since I was such a honest guy I get to keep the money. The cameras would support my story.
Even though the camera sees it - how would they be able to identify you if you weren't a reg at the casino?
Reminds me of that story last year when some high stakes player left $300k in a taxi and the driver returned it.

Note the cash fell off somewhere after a second stop at another casino after the first stop at Revel. Most likely no cameras were looking at who picked the bag up streetside. That money is l-o-o-o-o-o-o-ng gone....

And I started this thread because Druff mentioned in a prior show (8/21/2014) that keeping found cash/property is legal. And I'd hate to see one of his naive PFA Radio show listeners come crying here about getting 2-5 in some shithole prison for following his erroneous advice.
So, before doing anything, you should contact a local lawyer to help you navigate that potential minefield. (Unless you are Tyde. He's too pimp to care about such laws.)
