2. All that happened was he got DQ'd? He didn't get arrested? If so, that is such a freeroll!
So where did this supposedly happen? Unless I'm severely misinformed, there is no Hard Rock Casino at Encore, or anywhere in MA.

According to 2+2, the Encore thing was an error. It was at Seminole Hard Rock.
However, these accusations are unsubstantiated, and I don't think this is worth discussing until we get more confirmation from reliable parties.
