You could say something similar about the fringe left.

Both parties have reasonable and unreasonable people in them, that will never change.

It may be true that the U.S. is becoming dumber and dumber as educational standards are eroded, but at least we have the good sense to drink coffee instead of tea, plus our food, mediocre as it is, tastes like food and not overcooked work boots. Our head of state is merely a classless knucklehead and not the world's biggest welfare queen. Rule Britannia!
