I can't drive 255? Car driven 331mph near Pahrump, NV

It was the fastest speed ever reached on a public road. Presumably they got permission to do this beforehand -- that would be a bitch of a speeding ticket. The road was closed while this was being attempted.

Pahrump is about 60 miles west of Las Vegas, in the direction of Death Valley. It was also known for the broadcast location of the legendary Art Bell (RIP). Prostitution is also legal there.
