Roid rage
At first I was like yeah right this is some musclebound Armenian who got out of line but:

That doesnt look like someone who roams 24 hour gyms, starting shit with MMA fighters.
Its not likely that someone else with his name lives in Orange County.
its weird in a lot of ways.
first, there clearly was no arrest, unless I'm misreading this whole thing. it says they gave this guy what seems like the form you'd fill out if you were gonna do a citizen's arrest, which is hilarious, because like this fuck is gonna go try to arrest Bisping by himself or something. The cops are never, EVER gonna suggest such a thing ("hey college student, you're on your own with the champion prize fighter"), which to me means this the cops chose not to arrest bisping. Once greek guy realized that, he requested the forms from the cops. He never used said forms, tho.
also suing the gym, obv.

it sounds like he was detained, cited, and released, and the city DA didnt believe the case warranted charges.
Why the fuck is a UFC champion in a 24/7 Fitness working out with the commoners?
A lot of professional athletes like to hit up local gyms to troll for women. I live in Calgary and the Flames have a state of the art workout facility at the Saddledome (their arena) but I see a bunch of them chasing girls at the gym I workout at on a regular basis.
Curious, dawned on me this morning. If this involved a woman, no way he fights GSP, Dana would have talked about it. So is there a case where a UFC fighter on that level has been arrested for assault (of a man) and UFC did nothing during or after ?
people in the UFC get arrested all the time, but if there are no charges pressed, they're pretty much not gonna do anything, save "we did an internal investigation and fuck everyone else."
Anthony Johnson was accused of domestic violence at LEAST 3 times, and the UFC suspended him for like 30 seconds the final time. Rampage JAckson went ham on an entire city, driving his monster truck into shit (multiple hit and runs, with injuries), no sleep for days, etc, didn't affect his career at all.
So no, nothing is going to come of this, careerwise.
the ufc does not look to reach beyond the findings of the legal system.
if a fighter is facing charges, the ufc may suspend them pending resolution of those charges.
but bisping is facing no charges at all. the real question is; would the police have pressed charges if it was a womans throat he grabbed?
answer: not sure, not entirely convinced anyones throat was grabbed.
