Constant Rijkenberg - EPT San Remo scammer and Partouche Pro

It's well documented that Constant Rijkenberg sold over 100% of himself and scammed a lot of his backers at the 2009 EPT San Remo, which he won for 1.5 million Euros.

After a long delay he paid back some people, notably most of the people who bought shares through pokernews.nl. However there are many still owed.

I am one of the unpaid. I bought 5% of his action and on the day he won he gave me 10,000 Euros but the other 65,000 remains unpaid.

His scamming is widely known, yet somehow he's able to be a sponsored pro for Partouche.

What sort of idiot sells more than 100% of themselves then tries to win the tourney?
