Opinon on Tournament Rake calculation

Ive seen both options in a few cases so Im curious as to people's take on this.. Which would you prefer.

A. The Standard format such as $100+$9 or whatnot where the $100 goes all to the prize pool and then the $9 Vig is on top of it

or

B. An modified form where the total cost is $100 and instead the Vig is tied into the total such that say $91-$93 goes to the prize pool and the vig/entry fee is $7-$9 and tied into it thus making tournament cost a round number of $100 for example.
