It was weird, but there's a reason.

I had to turn it off for like 80 minutes because Ben woke up and had trouble falling back asleep. When he was back asleep, I continued. You happened to wake up during the end of that timeframe, and then saw it come back on.

I just finished it. I will post it to the archives later today. It won't have that cutout there, and it will appear not to have been interrupted, through the miracles of audio editing.

We had FOUR co-hosts at one point (Brandon, khalwat, tradershky, Vintage One), but then also had zero for some time.

Brandon joined and unjoined the show several times, including after sleeping a number of hours, waking up earlier than expected, and coming back on. He wasn't even aware I had shut down the show for over an hour while he was asleep.

I woke up briefly a few hours ago and saw the show on, then refreshed the screen and it was gone. Just woke up again and saw it on and tuned in just as Druff was ending the show. Very weird.

Which reminds me: It’s gonna take me awhile to appreciate the new version of the outro song. I’d complain and request that Druff go back to using the old version, but I don’t wanna stand in the way of progress given how the newer version is probably meant to appeal to a younger audience.

Yeah I started listening for an hour or so as Nick the cop called in. Liked that guy. Seemed like a good dude. Interesting first hand account and happy to hear of a guy our age having a somewhat mild case relatively speaking. I was surprised you didn’t ask him about the civil unrest or defund the police stuff, but you might know it’s not an issue where he’s at. Didn’t hear him say where he was from. Listened through the Sahara talk. Good show from what I heard.
