I just wonder if they will ever face any legal ramifications for outright stealing player money or if they will just get away with this forever. These guys were trying to be the post Black Friday Full Tilt with the same business model of having a ton of pros on there team which some weren't paid even close to the sum of money FTP team members received but the thing is they didn't have he traffic that FTP did to a justify paying so many people to be Lock Pros.
FTP still had a lot of money coming in so the rob Peter to pay Paul method could have gone on for a while if Black Friday didn't happen but once Lock got stuck there was no getting out of the hole especially without any chance of huge growth available anymore.

I joined about 3 years ago.. They advertised everywhere. When I did a Google search they were the first to pop up. They could have made it by slimming down and taking the payouts seriously. I agree with you but the way I see it is Merge is hurting way more then ACR (WPN). Could either go down at any point? Sure! WPN is spending money to grow and despite a lot of trial and error fails they are showing they want to be around for a while serving Americans. As player unfriendly as Bovada software is with terrible deposit options and no RB they have so much money along with a ton of fish that will keep the network booming for as long as they want it to. They lost WU deposits but this is not the first time that has happened and come football season don't be surprised if they are back again unless they've incorporated other methods of getting money off and on their network.
Beer and poker , sanlmar and I are the biggest acr enthusiasts.

I called it back in 2012, that this site was a scam. I think its great news they are done, as they can not scam others, but so sad for the victims that had to deal with this.
Edit: I think many sites that were sending traffic there over the years is to blame as well. Lock from the start has been shady but affiliates were getting their money. So they did not care.
Just like Shane . He help cover it up and only reason he is putting out information is because he is sour he was not paid himself. He is not putting information out there for the good of the community but as a last F U to his former employers. Shane is just as much as a problem as any of them. Shane was the guy FOOLING people, he was the voice that was saying everything was okay. He was the one who said your money was safe.
